What Our Greeter Looks Like

  • Greeter (commercial flights): Inside at the bottom of the escalators by Baggage Claim with a name sign. Lei greeting is an optional add-on.

  • Driver location: For arrivals, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle at the staging area. The greeter coordinates with the driver and escorts you to the car.

  • Accessibility & families: We help with strollers, car seats, mobility aids, and oversized items. Please tell us in advance so we can stage the right vehicle. Oversized or special items may require a larger vehicle or extra handling, and add on charges may apply.

How long does it take to get from the plane to the vehicle?

Most guests reach the vehicle in 20 to 30 minutes after landing, depending on the gate, crowds, and checked bags. We track your flight and text you updates.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We adjust your pickup for delays. If your flight is cancelled or you are rebooked, text or call us with the new details and we will move your reservation subject to availability.

I cannot get texts or my phone died. How do I find you?

Use the airport Wi‑Fi to message or call us. If you booked Greeting Service, meet your greeter (who will have a name sign) at the bottom of the escalators by Baggage Claim. For Standard pickup, go to the curb outside Baggage Claim and look for a Maui Luxe sign. You can also use the airport information desk to place a quick call to the number in your confirmation.

Can we add a grocery or pharmacy stop on the way?

Yes. Short stops are available on request and billed as an add‑on by time. Please ask when booking so we can plan the route.

Can you handle multiple stops or split drop‑offs?

Yes. Multi‑stop itineraries are no problem and may add time and an extra fee. Share the addresses when you book.

Our group is arriving on different flights. Can you coordinate that?

Yes. Share all flight numbers. We can plan one vehicle with waiting time or stage a second vehicle, based on what is most practical. Additional time or vehicles may require an extra fee.

Who installs the child seats?

For safety, a parent or caregiver installs the car seat. Your chauffeur can help position the seat and verify the belt path.

Can you carry strollers, surfboards, golf bags, or dive gear?

Yes. Please list items and approximate sizes when booking so we can stage the right vehicle. Add‑on handling may apply for oversized items.

What payment methods do you accept and when is payment collected?

You can by phone and we accept all major credit card providers. 

What is your change or cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for arrivals, departures, and private charters. For Hana tours, cancel at least 72 hours before pickup for a full refund. If your plans change, text or call us and we will help.
